Paleo Porridge Recipe
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 cup coconut milk (full fat)
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- Dash of salt
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and stir, over medium-low heat, until thickened and warm.
- Optional toppings include almond milk, berries, nuts, seeds, and maple syrup or honey. For a twist, try cooking the oatmeal with spices.
