Paleo Porridge Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 cup coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • Dash of salt

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a pot and stir, over medium-low heat, until thickened and warm.
  • Optional toppings include almond milk, berries, nuts, seeds, and maple syrup or honey. For a twist, try cooking the oatmeal with spices.

Yields:

1 Serving
