Cycling design features
With the design being focussed around providing an effective workout from two very different types of body movement, it’s important you can feel comfortable and natural in either exercise.
To help with this when cycling, the seat post can be raised and lowered depending on your height to make sure you aren’t bringing your knees up too high, or stretching for the foot plate when your legs are extended.

Display console design
As with most JTX fitness products, the display console on the JTX 2-in-1 Cross Trainer Bike has been kept as simple, intuitive and aesthetically pleasing as possible.
Although there aren’t any preset workout programmes to train to, you can still switch between seeing your distance, calories burned, speed and time so you can track your progress.
Heart rate sensors on the smaller set of handles can also be used for displaying your current heart rate on the screen when held for several seconds.
As well as displaying the actual reading for each of these measurements, you will also see small icons appear to make it easier to quickly identify which information is being displayed.
