The NordicTrack T14.2 treadmill is powered by a 3.0 CHP DurX commercial pro motor that can speed the belt up to 22km/h (13.6mph). The T14.2 is equipped with a console incorporating speakers, mp3/iPod connectivity, a cooling fan and a multi-window LED display that provides feedback on key workout statistics. Challenging workouts with the machine are guaranteed by a 0-15% incline range and 30 personal trainer programmes to which you can add even more downloadable workouts available due to iFit live compatibility (module not included). Heart rate measurement with the T14.2 is possible using dual CardioGrip pulse sensors or a wireless receiver with an included Polar chest strap. Safe running on a 51cm x 148cm deck of the treadmill has been ensured by the Dual Flex cushioning that delivers excellent support.
