Design features

Once you have the treadmill setup and the running belt is in a folded away position, to lower it safely to rest on the floor ready to start your workout simply pull the lever and the easy assist folding belt will slowly fold down to the ground without the need for any heavy lifting or awkward manoeuvring.

The Sole Fitness F65 has been designed with a double horseshoe construction under the main belt for added stability, and oversized rollers to the belt to make the action much smoother and prevent the belt from sticking during your running.

The cushion flex deck also helps to reduce the impact on your knees, hips and lower back joints by up to 40%, allowing a smoother and quieter workout.

One of the most stunning design features on this treadmill and an area where there has clearly been a large amount of thought gone into its design, is the main display unit.

Despite the large amount of buttons and information displayed to you on the LCD screen, this is done in such a way as to become intuitive to use after just a couple of sessions.

The console offers feedback on time, speed, distance, calories burned and heart rate. It has also been equipped with an integrated sound system with MP3 player compatible sound cord and dual turbo cooling fans to make your workout more convenient and enjoyable. You can choose among 10 motivating programmes, including 1manual, 5 pre-set, 2 user defined and 2 heart rate.

The integrated message window also provides scrolling messages that guide you through the treadmill’s features or the workout itself.

Heart rate measurement is easily achieved using the integrated pulse sensors in the handlebar or for the ultimate in accuracy, a chest belt that is compatible with the built-in receiver (please note that a chest belt is not included).

The F65 features an impressive 15% incline and 12mph max. belt speed

For those fitness enthusiasts that like to run using high intensity interval training, there are two columns of buttons, one to the left of the LCD screen and one to the right. These are used to quickly change either the incline (buttons to the left of the screen) or the speed (buttons to the right of the screen) very quickly with total accuracy.

As well as all of the information and settings that can be adjusted on the main display unit, the Sole Fitness F65 treadmill also comes with clearly labelled buttons on the handles for adjusting the incline up to 15%, and your running speed up to 12mph.

There are two deep storage sections in the main console that are perfect for storing either your training log, water bottle or MP3 player, which can be connected up to the F65 and allows you to listen to music through the 2 integrated speakers.
