Ultrasport Mini Bike Review

The Ultrasport Mini Bike provides a lower impact form of aerobic exercise than the upright or recumbent bikes, making it an excellent choice for anyone with reduced mobility, recovering from injury, or even just looking for a lightweight cardio machine to use at home.

Design features and display console

[one_half]One of the most beneficial features of the Ultrasport Mini Bike is its lightweight design and compact size, making it easy to lift onto a desk or table to perform the arm rotations.

Derived from the larger upright and recumbent exercise bikes, this mini bike provides you with the option of isolating your arms or legs with varying levels of resistance.

The base stabilizer at the front of the bike has been made larger to improve the stability, while the rear stabilizer has been made smaller to provide more room to perform your exercise.[/one_half]

Despite its low cost and simple design, the Ultrasport Mini Bike still provides you with an LCD screen to display a selection of important workout information.

Similar to the information displayed by more expensive upright exercise bikes, this includes your distance, time, number of revolutions, and an estimation of your calories burned.

Despite its smaller size, this mini bike still has all the strength of many of the larger bikes, supporting users up to a maximum weight of 100kg (220lb).

Who can benefit from the Ultrasport Mini Bike?

If you were to take a look around a commercial gym, the range of cardio equipment would probably extend to treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, and cross trainers.

While these all provide an effective way to lose weight and tone your muscles, with the possible exception of recumbent exercise bikes they all require a much larger range of motion than the Ultrasport Mini Bike.

[one_half]While working both your upper and lower body muscles can be beneficial for anyone looking to lose weight or improve their aerobic fitness, these are often considered too high impact if you are recovering from an injury or regaining strength after illness.

Similar to how leg extensions and bicep curls are isolation exercises, the Ultrasport Mini Bike allows you to isolate your arms or legs with adjustable levels of resistance.

This helps to provide a low impact way of building and maintaining physical fitness throughout your recovery.[/one_half]
