Paleo Chocolate Icing Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup honey (up to 1/2 cup, depending on sweetness preference)
• 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Decorate cupcakes by piping the frosting or using a knife to spread evenly on top.
