Paleo Chocolate Icing
Yields about 1 cup
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey (up to 1/2 cup, depending on sweetness preference)
- 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Decorate cupcakes by piping the frosting or using a knife to spread evenly on top.
