Paleo Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Yields 1 loaf (12 servings)


  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350F, and line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond butter, pumpkin puree, mashed banana, and eggs. Whisk until well blended. Add the coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and stir until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. The loaf should be golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
