What is the Slendertone Flex Max?

[one_half]This particular toning belt is comprised of two main sections; the belt itself and the Slendertone unit which attaches to the front.

The belt is designed to wrap around your entire core, to make sure it targets your lower back and obliques, as well as the abdominals themselves.

This is achieved through attaching three pads to the side of the belt that will be in contact with your body. The largest pad is for positioning directly over your abs and while of the other two smaller pads will be placed either side of this.
