Bodymax CF360 Deluxe Power Tower
The Bodymax CF360 Deluxe Power Tower has been designed to offer a lot more exercise possibilities than the standard pull up and dip stations.
At the top of the Power Tower there is a thick straight bar that has been added to allow pull up exercises. There are handle sections at either end that are a little thicker than the rest of the bar, but are textured to help provide more grip when performing wide grip pull ups.
You can also use the central section of the bar for chin ups with a closer underhand grip, although these may be best performed with grip assistance such as lifting straps or chalk to prevent your hands slipping off the bar.

Benefits of the angled frame design
Below the main pull up bar is the parallel dip bars. The entire frame has been designed at a slight angle for three main reasons:
[checklist]
- Stability – When performing pull ups your bodyweight is positioned closer to the center of the frame to prevent any movement in the frame during the exercise
- Lower back support – When resting your back against the padded back rest and arms on the arm rests you have more support against your lower back. This also helps prevent swinging your legs up using momentum as well as stretching your abs through a greater range of motion than if the back rest was vertical
- Greater emphasis on the chest during dips – By leaning forward slightly during dips exercises on the parallel bars you will activate more muscle fibers in your pectoral (chest) muscles and take some pressure off your shoulders

Adjustable push up handles
Towards the base of the Bodymax CF360 Power Tower there are a set of handles for performing push ups at an incline.
There are 3 slots that that these handles can slot into to adjust the incline you perform the push ups at, with textured handles to reduce the pressure of the bars on your hands during the exercise.
A final feature that isn’t seen on many power towers is the padded foam rollers. These have been added to the Bodymax CF360 to allow you to tuck your feet underneath and allow you to perform crunches and sit ups.

Useful frame design features for strength and stability
[one_half]As well as the fact that the frame has been designed at a slight angle, rubber feet have been added to the ends of each of the base support frame bars.
These help prevent the Bodymax CF360 from slipping during use and are particularly useful when performing pull ups.
The main vertical frame poles are also much thicker than many power towers which helps provide added strength and a higher maximum weight limit (135 kg / 300 lb).[/one_half]
