Upper body workouts

The wide frame design creates plenty of space for sliding a weights bench between the two main vertical supports. While there are certainly a wide variety of upper body exercises you can perform with just the Bodymax CF480 rack, a barbell and some weight plates, a weights bench would make an excellent addition.
