The Everlast Home Gym is an example of a home gym system that not only comes with the high and low pulleys that many other multi gyms come with, but also an entire additional station which allows for pullups, dips and roman chair raises for working the abdominal muscles.

For working the biceps there is the low pulley cable at the front of the Everlast Home Gym which can be used either for single bicep curls with a single handle attachment, or cable curls with the bar attachment to work both bicep muscles and build more mass in the muscle.

As well as being used for a variety of bicep exercises you can also use this for other excercies such as upright rows to build your shoulders and traps, or even rest your feet on the supporting frame and use the cable for seated rows.

The lat pulldown cable at the front of the machine also allows for either wide or close grip pulldowns with up to 75kg of weight from the weight stack to help build the strength and size of your back muscles.

The final exercise that can be performed using the Everlast Home Gym is the pullup which has enough room to either be carried out with just your body weight, or even with an additional weight plate attached using a dipping belt.

The pullup station also has a section for dips which will work the chest muscles, together with the chest press which has easily adjustable handles and the pec dec which will help isolate the inner chest.

If you are looking for a home gym that provides the ability to work all major muscle groups then there is really one main area where you will need to buy an additional piece of equipment such as a smith machine or simple power rack to store a barbell. This would be for working the shoulders in pressing movements and working the legs more heavily through variations of squatting movements.
