Bench design features
If you are considering buying a new weights bench for your home gym, you may already have a checklist of the features you are looking for.
If the amount of space the bench takes up will be an issue when not in use, the Physionics HNTLB10 aims to solve this problem with its vertical folding design.
Once you fold the bench down, Physionics have provided a range of different attachments to increase the number of possible exercises you can perform.
In terms of the back support positions, a series of racking points up the barbell support posts create a stable platform on which to rest the back support bar.
This allows you to quickly switch between decline, flat, and varying levels of incline depending on the exercise or area of the chest you want to target.
The barbell supports themselves are also fully adjustable using a set of hand wheels attached to the back of the frame. For added safety, rotating bar pins have been added to make sure the bar stays resting on the supports when you change the weight plates attached to the barbell.

Additional attachments
In the earliest days of the weights bench it was only possible to buy flat designs, with perhaps the option to adjust the incline.
Recently many manufacturers including Physionics have each started producing a bench for their ranges that also features a wide range of attachments.
This means that as well as the main Physionics HNTLB10 weight bench, you are also provided with a preacher curl pad, lat pulldown tower, leg developer, and even a pec fly attachment.
These have the benefit of making several exercises possible, such as lat pulldowns or tricep pushdowns, which were previously only possible if you were to buy a more expensive cable pulley system.
