Colour coded resistance

Once you have decided how much weight you want to use, it is simply a case of sliding out the weight pin and slotting it in at level whose colour corresponds to that resistance.

This is very similar to if you have ever used a cable pulley machine at the gym where you have a fixed weight stack and simply need to slide a weight pin in at the level of resistance you want to work with on that set. The pin itself is also attached to the frame of the lightest weight of the dumbbell which makes sure you don’t misplace it.
