Pure Fitness and Sports Pull Up and Dip Station
The Pure Fitness and Sports Pull Up and Dip Station offers the ability to perform a number of bodyweight exercises including decline situps and crunches.
You can adjust the height of the main pull up bar using the hand wheels on either side of the main support bars.
This is a feature you won’t usually find on pull up and dip towers and makes it much easier to adjust to different user heights as well as making it easier to store away when not being used.
The frame design is very simple with three cross bracing bars along the height of the tower to improve strength and stability.

Design Features
[one_half]The main pull up bar has a foam grip tube for comfort when performing wide grip pull ups.
This can be removed if you want to be able to perform close grip pull ups with just the thickness of the bar to give you a better grip.
A feature that improves the stability of the Pure Fitness and Sports Pull Up and Dip Station is the welded press up bars.
As well as improving stability, they have been designed at a horizontal angle to allow you to perform press ups.[/one_half]

The AB crunch board is removable to give you space to perform the push ups, pull ups and dips, but can be attached to the low cross bar to provide a decline angle for situps.
